# Dependency Isolation Implementation Complete

## Overview
|
|
|
|
Implemented comprehensive **dependency isolation** for the Attune Worker Service, enabling per-pack Python virtual environments. This critical feature prevents dependency conflicts between packs and ensures reproducible action execution environments.
|

## Problem Statement
|
|
|
|
### StackStorm Pitfall
|
|
|
|
StackStorm uses a shared system Python environment for all packs, leading to:
|
|
- ❌ **Dependency Conflicts**: Pack A needs `requests==2.28.0`, Pack B needs `requests==2.31.0`
|
|
- ❌ **Breaking System Upgrades**: System Python update breaks all existing packs
|
|
- ❌ **Unpredictable Behavior**: Version mismatches cause silent failures
|
|
- ❌ **Security Vulnerabilities**: Can't update dependencies without breaking other packs
|
|
- ❌ **Production Incidents**: One pack's dependency change breaks another pack
|
|
|
|
### Attune Solution
|
|
|
|
Each pack gets its own isolated Python virtual environment:
